For over 50 years, our company has been running residential and outpatient care facilities in Germany. Due to the shortage of skilled staff in the care sector, we have also been actively involved since 2016 in recruiting, training and placing qualified staff from abroad, and can look back on over 2,000 success stories. At two large residential training centres in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, we prepare foreign care professionals for a smooth start to their working lives, combined with successful integration.
